Who is involved
This site is operated for the participating store using software and related platform services provided by Trennen. The store is responsible for its customer-facing products, pricing, fulfilment, and support commitments.
Trennen provides and supports the software platform and may handle operational personal information so the service can run securely and reliably, including support, security, payment status, email-delivery, billing, audit, and compliance activity.
Information collected
Depending on how you use the service, the store and Trennen may collect your name, email address, account credentials, quote selections, uploaded file metadata, saved quote details, order details, delivery or tracking information, messages to the store, session identifiers, browser and device information, IP address, user-agent, payment status information, restricted-item certifications, and email-delivery status information.
Please do not include unnecessary personal information inside uploaded files, notes, model names, or support messages.
How information is used
Customer information is used to provide quotes, process payments, create and manage orders, maintain customer accounts, answer support requests, provide customer and store administration, send transactional emails, detect security issues, investigate complaints, enforce terms, meet legal obligations, and protect users and the service.
Customer accounts, saved quotes, and orders
If a customer creates an account, the store may use account information to show saved quotes, order history, tracking details, contact details, and account settings for that store.
Saved quotes are estimates and may include file information, selected material, colour, finish, dimensions, quantity, shipping option, and calculated totals.
Uploaded files and quote data
Uploaded files and file metadata may be used to calculate model dimensions, estimate price, check size limits, prepare an order, and provide support. Customers should avoid uploading files that include unnecessary personal information.
Payment handling
Card payments are processed by Stripe. The store and Trennen do not receive or store full card numbers through this website. Trennen may receive and retain limited payment-related information such as payment method type, PaymentIntent identifiers, connected-account details, fee records, payment status updates, and reconciliation data.
Service providers and overseas processing
The service uses providers to help operate the platform, including Stripe for payments, an email-delivery provider for transactional email, AWS Lightsail or equivalent hosting and storage, backup systems, and optional integrations such as Shopify or shipping providers if a store enables them.
Some providers may process information outside New Zealand. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, the store and Trennen take steps intended to ensure that the recipient is subject to privacy protections that are comparable safeguards to those available under New Zealand law, or that another permitted basis for disclosure applies.

Cookies, sessions, and local browser storage
The site uses session technologies to keep you signed in, protect forms, prevent misuse, and support checkout. The site may also use localStorage and IndexedDB in your browser to remember quote state, cart details, uploaded model metadata, model preview data, size warnings, and saved in-progress selections.
You can clear saved browser quote and cart data from the checkout empty state or customer portal account tools. Clearing browser storage does not delete server order records, payment records, security logs, support records, or backups.
Access, correction, export, and deletion
You may ask for access to, correction of, export of, or deletion or de-identification of personal information held about you. Some records may need to be retained where required for lawful business, fulfilment, accounting, safety, security, dispute, or compliance purposes.
Customer account holders can use the portal account tools to export account data, request account deletion, or clear saved browser data. Privacy requests for information held by the store should be sent through the store contact details. Requests relating to Trennen's platform processing may also be sent to privacy@trennen.co.nz.
Retention and security
The store and Trennen keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or may lawfully be used, including quoting, fulfilment, support, security, dispute resolution, enforcement, backup, tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
Expired quotes, reset tokens, sessions, and routine delivery logs may be removed sooner than order, payment, accounting, restricted-item certification, or audit records. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup retention period expires, unless a legal or security hold applies.
Privacy breaches
If the store or Trennen believes a privacy breach has occurred that is likely to cause serious harm, the incident will be handled in accordance with New Zealand law, including notification to affected people and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner where required.
