Using the site
This site lets customers upload 3D model files, choose configurable print options, review pricing, save quotes, create an account, and place orders with the store shown on this page.
Customers must use the site lawfully, provide accurate account and order information, and only upload files they have the right and authority to use.
Platform and store roles
This website and the quoting, account, checkout, and administration software used on it are provided by the participating store with technology and operational platform services supplied by Trennen.
Trennen is the software platform provider. The participating store remains responsible for its own customer-facing products, pricing, fulfilment, tax settings, shipping settings, product promises, support commitments, and decisions about whether an order can or should be fulfilled.
Trennen may host, process, secure, support, maintain, and review operational data relating to quotes, accounts, orders, payment status, communications, support requests, security incidents, service administration, and legal compliance for the purpose of operating and protecting the platform.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes are estimates based on the file, dimensions, material, colour, finish, quantity, shipping option, and store pricing settings available at the time the quote is calculated.
If prices or settings change before payment, the checkout may refresh the quote and ask the customer to review the updated total before continuing.
Orders and payment
Customer card payments are processed securely through Stripe. The store and Trennen do not receive or store full card numbers through this website.
An order is not confirmed as paid until the payment is successfully processed and the order record is created or updated by the checkout system. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Cancellations and refunds section. Personal information connected with orders and payments is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Customer files and uploads
You retain ownership of the design files, notes, text, and other content you upload, except to the extent ownership belongs to someone else.
By uploading content, you confirm that you have all rights and permissions necessary to upload it and to authorise the store and Trennen to use, copy, analyse, store, transmit, review, reproduce in previews, and process that content as reasonably necessary to calculate quotes, assess manufacturability, fulfil or review orders, provide support, investigate complaints, enforce these terms, and maintain backup, security, and audit records.
Uploaded files are used to calculate quotes, prepare orders, review manufacturability, and provide customer support. Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded models are suitable for their intended use.
The store may reject or request changes to files that are incomplete, incompatible, oversized, unlawful, or unsuitable for the selected material or process.
Prohibited uploads and customer responsibility
Customers must not upload, submit, order, request, or use the service in connection with any content or item that is unlawful, unsafe, infringing, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, privacy-invasive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise objectionable.
Customers must not submit files, notes, or orders that include, request, or relate to any firearm, firearm part, major firearm part, prohibited part, magazine, ammunition, suppressor, silencer, weapon, restricted weapon, pistol carbine conversion kit, conversion device, explosive, malicious code, or other regulated, unlawful, unsafe, or controlled item.
By submitting an order, the customer represents and warrants that the files are lawful, authorised, and not intended for weapon manufacture, repair, modification, conversion, or improvement. Accepting a file, generating a quote, or processing checkout is not legal compliance review by Trennen or the participating store.
Trennen is the software platform provider. The participating store remains responsible for fulfilment decisions, and both Trennen and the store may refuse, cancel, delete files, retain records, refund where appropriate, and disclose information to authorities if they reasonably believe an order is unlawful, unsafe, or breaches these terms.
The customer agrees to indemnify Trennen and the participating store for claims, penalties, losses, costs, investigations, or enforcement action caused by a false certification, unlawful upload, unsafe use, or breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under New Zealand law, including non-excludable rights under New Zealand law.
Review, refusal, takedown, and disclosure
The store and Trennen may review, remove, refuse, suspend, cancel, or stop processing any upload, quote, account, or order where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, respond to complaints, enforce these terms, meet legal obligations, protect people or property, or cooperate with regulators, courts, payment providers, or law-enforcement agencies.
The store and Trennen may preserve or disclose related information where reasonably necessary for support, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, prohibited-item review, copyright or intellectual-property complaints, safety issues, or legal compliance.
Cancellations and refunds
3D printed items ordered through this site are custom-made from customer-supplied files, selected materials, colours, finishes, quantities, and shipping choices. The store does not have to provide a refund or exchange because a customer changes their mind, chose the wrong option, supplied the wrong file, scale, quantity, or specification, no longer needs the item, found a cheaper option, or caused the issue by misuse, alteration, or by going against store advice.
Customers should request cancellation as soon as possible. If production, material ordering, slicing, setup, packing, or fulfilment has already started, the store may refuse cancellation or may offer only a partial refund where lawful and appropriate. If the store has not materially started work, the store may cancel and refund the order, less any lawful unrecoverable third-party costs, unless New Zealand law requires a different remedy.
If a product or service does not meet a guarantee that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, including where it is faulty, unsafe, not as described, not fit for an agreed purpose, delivered late outside an agreed or reasonable timeframe, or supplied without reasonable care and skill, the customer may be entitled to a remedy. Depending on the issue and the law that applies, the remedy may include repair, reprint, replacement, refund, partial refund, or compensation.
For minor problems that can be fixed, the store may choose whether to repair, reprint, replace, or refund. For serious problems, unsafe items, or problems that cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, the customer may have the remedies required by New Zealand law. Customers should contact the store promptly with the order number, photos, a description of the issue, and any relevant file or use details before arranging third-party repair or replacement.
Orders involving prohibited uploads, unlawful or unsafe items, false certifications, suspected intellectual-property infringement, payment fraud, or breach of these terms may be refused or cancelled. Any refund for those orders is at the discretion of Trennen and the participating store, subject to applicable law, safety obligations, payment-provider rules, evidence-preservation needs, and any reasonable costs already incurred.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through Stripe. The store and Trennen cannot control card issuer or bank processing times. Trennen provides the checkout software and may process refund records or Stripe refund actions for the participating store, but the participating store remains responsible for fulfilment decisions, customer support, and refund decisions unless Trennen is acting to enforce platform, safety, legal, or payment obligations.
Nothing in this refund policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy under New Zealand law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
Accounts
Customers may create an account to view orders, tracking details, account information, and saved quotes. Customers are responsible for keeping login details secure and telling the store if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.
Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the store nor Trennen is liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the site, uploaded content, delays, interruptions, or inability to use the platform.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Trennen's total liability in relation to the platform service is limited to the greater of NZ$100 or the platform fees actually paid to Trennen in connection with the relevant order or month. This paragraph does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, where that law does not allow the right or remedy to be excluded, restricted, or modified. These are non-excludable rights under New Zealand law.
Retention and deletion
The store and Trennen may retain uploads, quote records, account records, order records, payment identifiers, restricted-item certifications, logs, and related information for as long as reasonably required for quoting, fulfilment, support, security, dispute resolution, enforcement, backup, audit, tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
Deletion requests may not immediately remove information from backup or archived systems, but backup copies will be handled in accordance with retention and security processes. The Privacy Policy explains the information collected, service providers, overseas processing, retention categories, and how to ask for access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information.
